TKCS Elementary After School Program...
...is a place where your children will be safe, socialize and have fun. In fact, while the children are in our After School Program they are working on many different projects, such as a theme song that describes all the activites that take place in the program.
Each afternoon we have play time for one hour and then snack time. Our next stop is the Library to the "Homework Zone" which is a quite and supportive environment for all of the children to complete their assignments. The children without homework are organized into "Reading Buddy" groups.
After homework and reading are done, it is time for more fun! We play with Perlier bead kits, listen to music, sing songs, make arts and crafts, play with board games and with foosball.
Our favorite day is "Make Fun/Food Friday". We eat special treats and watch a movie in the library. Oh... did we mention the PIZZA parties?
No matter what it is your child likes they will feel welcomed!
